By creating an Aftermesh account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Aftermesh provides a SaaS platform for Amazon FBA sellers to engage with their customers post-purchase via QR-code insert cards, a buyer feedback page, and a Chrome browser extension that automates Amazon's official Request-a-Review feature.
You agree to use Aftermesh in compliance with Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct and Customer Reviews Policy. Specifically, you must not:
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are also responsible for the actions taken by the Chrome extension on your behalf — it operates within your own Amazon Seller Central session.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our third-party payment processor in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals immediately and you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime.
Aftermesh and its underlying software are owned by us. You retain ownership of all content you upload (product info, feedback responses, custom card designs).
You can export your data and delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your data after a 30-day grace period.
Aftermesh is provided "as is." Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not responsible for actions taken by Amazon against your seller account, including but not limited to suspensions arising from your use of the platform in violation of Amazon's policies.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
