By creating an Aftermesh account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

Aftermesh provides a SaaS platform for online marketplace sellers to engage with their customers post-purchase via QR-code insert cards, a branded buyer feedback page, and a seller dashboard.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Aftermesh in compliance with your marketplace's seller code of conduct and customer reviews policy. Specifically, you must not:

Offer compensation, discounts, or any other incentive in exchange for reviews.
Modify the buyer-facing feedback flow to gate or filter reviews based on sentiment.
Use Aftermesh to send unsolicited messages to buyers.
Use the platform for any product category prohibited by your marketplace (counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe goods).

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Aftermesh account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our third-party payment processor in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals immediately and you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime.

6. Intellectual property

Aftermesh and its underlying software are owned by us. You retain ownership of all content you upload (product info, feedback responses, care page copy).

7. Data portability and deletion

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your data after a 30-day grace period.

8. Limitation of liability

Aftermesh is provided "as is." Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not responsible for actions taken by any marketplace against your seller account, including but not limited to suspensions arising from your use of the platform in violation of that marketplace's policies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
