Aftermesh亚马逊 Vine 规则:你同意的那份协议写了什么
新品期想拿评价又不想踩政策,能走的基本只有 Vine——它是亚马逊自己运营的。 你没料到的是报名时一路点过去的那份协议: 亚马逊在里面几乎什么都没承诺,而且写得明明白白。
Vine 收多少钱
- 2 个单位以内:0 美元。
- 3–10 个单位:75 美元。其他站点:加币 100 · 英镑 60 · 欧元 70 · 日元 10,000。
- 11–30 个单位:200 美元。其他站点:加币 240 · 英镑 140 · 欧元 170 · 日元 22,000。
亚马逊按父商品收费,原文是「there's no additional cost for child products」。 所以一个带八个变体的父体,和一个只有一个变体的父体,收一样的钱。
「You aren't charged until 30 days after enrollment and after your first review is published. If you don't receive a Vine review within 90 days from the date of enrollment, you aren't charged.」
—— Amazon Vine,sell.amazon.com 常见问题一节也就是说:报名满 30 天、而且首条评价发布之后才扣款;报名后 90 天内一条评价都没有,这笔钱不收。
同一个页面在靠下的 dashboard 一节说法不一样,那里只写「首条评价发布之后才计费」,没提 30 天。 以常见问题那条为准,顺便对一下自己的账单。
报名费不是 Vine 真正的成本。30 个单位、每个成本 15 美元,就是 450 美元的货白送出去,再加 200 美元报名费。 该拿来算账的是这个数。
什么样的商品能报名
「To enroll a product in Vine, it must have: A listing with FBA selected as the fulfillment method · Fewer than 30 reviews on its product detail page · An image and description」
「Adult, digital, and bundled products are not eligible for Vine.」
—— Amazon Vine,sell.amazon.com 商品要求一节除此之外还要一个专业卖家账号,以及品牌备案下的品牌代表或经销商角色,或者卖的是 generic 商品。
真正卡人的是「详情页评价数少于 30」这一条。它数的是详情页上已有的评价, 所以一个停在 27 条自然评价的商品,可能在你还没想好的时候就失去资格了。
你可以在建好 FBA listing 的当天就报名,库存还没入仓、listing 还没上线都行。 亚马逊建议货在计划上线日至少三周前就备到仓里。
Vine 开放九个站点:美国、加拿大、英国、法国、德国、意大利、西班牙、澳大利亚、日本。
亚马逊承诺给你几条评价?一条都没承诺
「We make no assurances concerning the Vine Voices or the Reviews, including, but not limited to (i) the number of Accepted Products that Vine Voices will choose to review, (ii) the nature of any Reviews that Vine Voices may submit」
「Any reviews posted by Vine Voices must be independent and unbiased and reflect the Vine Voice's true opinion (regardless whether it is positive or negative).」
—— Amazon Vine Terms and Conditions §2(f),欧盟版,最后更新 2021 年 1 月 1 日也就是说,亚马逊既不承诺给你几条评价,也不承诺评价是好是坏。评价要中立、要反映评论者的真实意见, 好坏都算。这是故意的:买家认 Vine 标,正是因为亚马逊不去管评论者怎么写。
有卖家去问客服,为什么报了这么久一条评价都没有:
「There is no deadline for Vine Voices to write reviews for the products they receive through Vine and it is not guaranteed reviews since the Vine reviewers has discretion to not leave reviews.」
—— 亚马逊卖家支持的答复,由提问卖家转述于 Seller Central 论坛同一个帖子里另一位卖家给了个数:「From my experience, about 65% to 70% of people leave VINE reviews.」这是一位卖家数自己的链接得出的,亚马逊从没公布过比例,别拿它算备货和预算。
还有一条回复是反着说的:「Not getting reviews means that THESE reviewers had a heart and didn't want to give you a bad review.」——评论者要是不喜欢你的东西,有时候干脆就不写了。
Vine 能告诉你的,是三十个陌生人在上新那阵子怎么想,而且还得他们愿意动笔。 这周拿到磕裂盖子的那个买家在想什么,它不会告诉你,而他那条评价马上就要挂上去了。
Vine 给的差评能删掉吗
「We will have no obligation to modify or remove Reviews from the Amazon Site, even if you find them objectionable. We may modify or remove Reviews that are not in line with the Community Guidelines.」
—— Amazon Vine Terms and Conditions §2(f),欧盟版,2021 年 1 月 1 日所以「我觉得这条评价不公平」不是理由,「评论者压根没按说明书用」也不是理由。 剩下的路和任何一条普通评价一样:在详情页用举报链接,按违反社区准则举报。 亚马逊只看这条评价有没有违反规则,不看它对你公不公平。
Vine 评论者一分钱没花,也不欠你什么。报名前先去竞品链接上翻几条 Vine 评价: 它们通常写得很长、还带图,包装上一处不牢的接缝会被详细写出来,挂在评价区靠前的位置, 只要 listing 还在就一直在。
能联系 Vine 评论者吗
「You must not contact Vine Voices or attempt to influence Vine Voices or their Reviews. If a Vine Voice attempts to contact you other than for ordinary customer support, you must decline any further communication and notify us.」
—— Amazon Vine Terms and Conditions §2(f),欧盟版,2021 年 1 月 1 日两个方向都管,而大多数转述只说了一半。如果 Vine 评论者为普通客服之外的事来找你, 你必须停止跟他往下聊,并且通知亚马逊。
这也是 Vine 只许走 FBA 的原因:亚马逊说它要「maintain the anonymity of Vine Voices」, 为了不暴露评论者的联系方式,所有 Vine 商品都由 FBA 发货。你的仓库不会看到对方的地址。
你自己的买家适用另一套规则。能对他们说什么,写在 亚马逊买家-卖家消息规则里; 亚马逊自己提供的那一次索评动作,写在Request a Review 按钮那一篇。
送出去的货还能要回来吗
「We will not return any Accepted Products to you. … we may destroy any Accepted Product at any time following the date ninety days after our receipt of the Accepted Product. Accepted Products that are enrolled in FBA will not be destroyed and will remain in your inventory.」
—— Amazon Vine Terms and Conditions §2(h),欧盟版,2021 年 1 月 1 日卖家的 Vine 单位本来就必须走 FBA,所以不存在被销毁的情况,没被领走的单位会变回可正常销售的普通库存。 被领走的那些就拿不回来了:所有权的转移点比想象中晚,要等评论者下单、而且货交到承运商手上, 这个单位才算他的。
还有一件评论者要承担的事:「Although Voices receive products for free, they are responsible for income tax on the products.」——拿走你 200 美元的商品, 他要为这 200 美元交所得税。高货值的商品要有心理准备,领你这一件对方是真的要花钱的。
报名之后还能撤回吗
「You can cancel enrollment for a product if Vine reviewers haven't claim any products. … After canceling enrollment, you can re-enroll a product in Vine.」
「If products have been claimed by Vine reviewers, you can't cancel enrollment, but you can stop enrollment to prevent additional products from being claimed. Note that this doesn't guarantee that reviews won't be published for those claimed products. After stopping enrollment, you can't re-enroll a product in Vine.」
—— Amazon Vine,sell.amazon.com(原文照引,含其中的语法)还能不能撤,就看一件事:有没有人已经领走单位。
还没有人领走
- 可以取消报名。
- 以后还能把同一个商品再报一次。
- 没发出去货,就不会有评价。
已经有人领走
- 不能取消,只能停止后续领取。
- 已领走的单位仍然可能发出评价。
- 这个商品永远不能再报名。
亚马逊那一侧也有期限:它可以把商品撤出计划,但最晚只能撤到「提供给 Vine 评论者之前 5 个工作日」为止。
而且退出计划管不了已经发出来的评价,原文写的是它「will not require Amazon to delete or alter any Reviews previously posted」。
报名基本是单程票。listing、图片、包装先弄对再说, 只要有一个评论者领走了单位,这个商品的 Vine 机会就用掉了。
Vine 的评价能拿去做宣传吗
「The Vine Voice owns the copyright of the review. You can ask for the reviewer's permission to use a review, including, but not limited to your product description, by responding to the review, subject to the limitations applicable to Promotional Content.」
「… provided, (i) that any such use will properly attribute the Reviews to an “Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product” … (iii) you may only excerpt Reviews in a manner that does not materially alter the meaning of the text」
「You may not use any Reviews that are no longer posted on the Amazon Site.」
—— Amazon Vine Terms and Conditions §3,欧盟版,2021 年 1 月 1 日你要是把 Vine 评价贴进过 A+ 页面或者广告图,对着下面三条自查一下。
第一,你征求过评论者的许可,而且是用回复那条评价的方式征求的。第二,标注必须逐字写成英文 「Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product」,写成「已验证买家」或者「Vine 评论」都不算数。 第三,那条评价现在还挂着——一旦被撤下你就得停止使用,印出去的东西可能在你不知情时就失效了。
亚马逊还保留叫停的权利:它「may, by written notice, require you to cease any use of the Reviews that it deems inappropriate in its sole discretion」。
我们引的是哪个版本的协议

常见问题
亚马逊 Vine 2026 年收费多少?
按父商品收费:2 个单位以内 0 美元,3–10 个 75 美元,11–30 个 200 美元,子商品不额外收费。非美站点是加币 100/240、英镑 60/140、欧元 70/170、日元 10,000/22,000。但报名费不是真实成本——你报进去的每一个单位都是白送出去的货。
Vine 保证能拿到评价吗?
不保证。协议原文写的是亚马逊「make no assurances」,既不承诺有多少个报名单位会被评价,也不承诺评价内容是什么。亚马逊卖家支持也答复过卖家:Vine 评论者写评价没有截止期限,而且有权选择不写。
Vine 给了差评能删掉吗?
不能因为是差评而删。协议写明亚马逊「no obligation to modify or remove Reviews from the Amazon Site, even if you find them objectionable」。只有违反社区准则的评价亚马逊才可能移除,而那个标准对所有评价一视同仁。
能联系 Vine 评论者吗?
不能。协议原文是「You must not contact Vine Voices or attempt to influence Vine Voices or their Reviews」。而且反过来也一样:Vine 评论者若为普通客服之外的事联系你,你必须拒绝继续沟通并通知亚马逊。
没被领走的货能退回来吗?
被领走的那些拿不回来,它们已经归评论者了。没被领走的没问题:协议允许亚马逊在收货满 90 天后销毁,但对走 FBA 的商品有豁免,而卖家的 Vine 单位本来就必须走 FBA。这些货会变回可正常销售的普通库存。
报名之后还能撤回吗?
要看有没有人领走。没人领走可以取消,而且之后还能重新报名。一旦有单位被领走就不能取消了,只能「停止」以防更多单位被领,已领走的那些仍然可能发出评价,而且停止之后这个商品永远不能再报名 Vine。
